Step 1

Lay the machine flat

Place the machine flat on the floor and check to ensure it does not wobble.

Unlock the saddle

Press ''▶︎'' on the saddle to release the lock, allowing the saddle to move along the body track.

Step 3

Adjust the machine length

The machine length should be adjusted so that your heels touch the ground, your buttocks are fully seated on the saddle, and your legs are slightly bent.

Start rowing machine mode training

Train with professional courses to effectively enhance training results.

  • Courses need to be viewed through the Wondercise APP. If the APP has not been downloaded, you will be guided to complete the download first
