Delete Account

Wondercise provides you the option to delete your account. Please confirm that you have cancelled the VIP membership subscription and contact the customer service staff. The action of deleting your account is permanent. If you delete your account, your account will be permanently disabled, and you can create a new account at any time. You will not be eligible for a refund due to inability to access content or services.

When you delete your account, We will do our best to delete all personal data associated with your account. If you delete your personal data, we will make the specific personal information unrecoverable and de-identify the specific personal data at the same time. We may retain certain data in compliance with legal obligations, for example, for financial reporting and account security purposes, we need to retain transaction information, which may include your data; we may also follow a court agreement or other equivalent mandatory.
