Adjustment from Folding State

Step 1

Unfold front leg

Pull out the lock pin and unfold the front foot tube.

Step 2

Select training intensity

Choose basic or advanced training based on personal conditions, then pass the lock pin through the corresponding hole to fix the front foot tube.

  • The lock pin must securely pass through both side holes to avoid loosening during training

Step 3

Unlock the saddle

Press '' ▶︎'' on the saddle to release the lock, allowing the saddle to move along the body track.

Step 4

Adjust the body length

Adjust the body length according to the standard of touching the ground with toes and kneeling knees on the saddle.

Train with professional courses to effectively enhance training effects.
